All the texts and images presented on the site www.dorelys.com are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden.
3. AVAILABILITY
The products are offered for sale while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability as soon as possible by e-mail. If you wish, you may request cancellation (reimbursement within 15 days) or exchange of your order by calling us on +33 (0)4 22 13 06 64 from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 or by contacting us by e-mail.
4. PRICES
The website indicates the prices in euros including all taxes, excluding shipping costs. The amount of VAT is specified when the customer selects a product. Shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the selection of the different products. The company DOMAINE VIA AURELIA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products ordered are invoiced at the price indicated at the moment of the order.
5. ORDERING PROCESS ON www.dorelys.com
You select the item(s) of your choice and add them to the shopping cart. You can check the content of your cart, the corresponding price and make any useful changes at any time.
You identify yourself (e-mail and password). If you are a new customer, you must create an account and identify yourself by entering a valid e-mail address and a password (personal and confidential) that you will use later to identify yourself on the www.dorelys.com website. The provision of personal information necessary for the processing and delivery of orders is mandatory.
DOMAINE VIA AURELIA reminds you that in application of article 1124 of the Civil Code, non-emancipated minors are incapable of contracting. Consequently, orders intended for minors must be placed by parental authority. In case of accidental collection of nominative data relating to a minor, the parental authority has the capacity to oppose their conservation and/or transmission to third parties.
6. VALIDATION OF THE ORDER

7. PAYMENT
The payment of your purchases on the website www.dorelys.com is exclusively in Euros and by PayPal, via bank transfer or by cheque. All purchases are payable without deduction at the time of ordering. All PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal's privacy policy. Payment by cheque must be issued by a bank domiciled in France. Please note on the back of the cheque:

We will confirm your order as soon as we receive your payment. It takes 24 to 48 hours to receive your payment by bank transfer (72 hours for a European transfer).
However, we reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a payment arrears or a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason relating in particular to the abnormal nature of the order.
After payment, DOMAINE VIA AURELIA will confirm the order by e-mail. This information includes all the elements of the order and the customer's right of retraction. As soon as your order is dispatched, a detailed delivery receipt will be sent to your e-mail address.
8. DELIVERY
Our sales and prices are calculated from our logistics centre at 06730 St André de la Roche / France. The delivery costs are included in the contribution to the shipping costs calculated at the time of your order.
The products are delivered to the countries on the list available on our website www.dorelys.com. For a delivery in another country, please contact us by email (info@domaineviaaurelia.fr). Delivery will be made to the address of your choice as indicated during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to provide us with all the details necessary for the correct delivery of your order.
The delivery deadline varies according to the address and will be indicated to you when your order is finalised. Average count: payment day + 8 days for an address in mainland France. For other destinations: payment day + 15 days. We invite you to group all your items together in one order or to order with neighbours or friends - this saves you costs and you make a gesture for the environment at the same time.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the legislation governing mail order sales, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the consumer code. The 14-day cancellation period begins on the day of receipt of the goods. You do not have to justify your change of mind.
For a refund or an exchange of the goods you must return the items at your expense and without delay in the original packaging by parcel post against signature.
