DELIVERY
* It is expressly pointed out at this point that the present version of the GTCs is a voluntary translation of the French original version as a service and that only the French original version is legally valid.

The customer must check the condition and conformity of the goods delivered or collected before signing any delivery document. The customer is reminded that it is up to him to assess the feasibility of delivery and storage, i.e. the place of delivery must be easily accessible and compatible with the reception of the product (dimensions of accesses, doors, stairs, etc.). It is also the customer's responsibility to specify any special requirements for delivery when placing the order (lift, access code, lifting platform, etc.). The customer is solely responsible for any delivery and/or deposit shortage due to a lack of information at the time of ordering.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. Orders are prepared within an average of 1 to 4 days, from Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability.
